Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the mechanical design of non-standard equipment,；proficient in 2D and 3D drawing software;
2. Coordinate with sales or project personnel to communicate with clients and identify key technical issues (with the ability to design independently to a certain extent);
3. Complete equipment drawings, and within the specified timeframe, carry out 3D detailed design, modifications, and output of BOMs and drawings;
4. Guide the assembly department in equipment assembly, commissioning, installation, and after-sales service;
5. Effectively follow up and resolve technical issues that arise during the equipment commissioning phase.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in non-standard equipment design; Associate degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Proficient in non-standard design component selection and calculation.
3. Relevant design experience in the semiconductor, optical module, 3C, or similar industries is preferred.
4. Strong execution capability, with a sense of responsibility and career ambition, good resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
5. Able to accommodate occasional (low-frequency) business travel.
