Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the mechanical design of non-standard equipment; proficient in 2D and 3D drawing software.
2. Coordinate with sales or project personnel to communicate with clients and identify key technical issues (with the ability to design independently to a certain extent).
3. Complete equipment drawings, and within the specified timeframe, carry out 3D detailed design, modifications, and output of BOMs and drawings.
4. Assist the assembly department with project assembly, commissioning, installation, and after-sales service.
5. Effectively follow up and resolve technical issues that arise during the equipment commissioning phase.
6. 4+ years of hands-on experience in non-standard equipment design; Associate degree or above in mechanical design, automation, mechatronics, or related fields.
7. Proficient in non-standard design component selection and calculation.
8. Relevant design experience in the new energy (battery) automotive powertrain, 3C, photovoltaic (PV), and similar industries is preferred.
9. Strong execution capability, with a sense of responsibility and career ambition, and good resilience under pressure
10. Proficient in 3D CAD software
11. Able to accommodate occasional (low-frequency) business travel.
12. Good communication skills.
